Not Buying
in 2009, i resolved to spend less money on things, and more money on travel. to ensure success, i made this blog to chronicle what i want to buy but won't. it is window shopping at it's best, with a captive audience!
I feel like these shoes and I were having a really nice first date - we had a lot in common, we found each other attractive, there was lots of blushing and giggling going on - until he mentioned his price tag and everything got all quiet and awkward.

Oh man, sometimes this whole not buying thing really works out! I have been seriously wanting these shoes for a while now. I had posted about another pair of merrels, and both this pair and that one have been sitting in my cart on their site ever since. But at over $100 each pair, I just couldn’t bite the bullet. I had tried them on and everything, and just couldn’t justify the price (plus shipping!). So I take my aunt to DSW yesterday, and look what I found in the clearance aisle for less than $50!! WOOOOOOO!
